I've been a customer of InMotion Hosting for a few years now, and I am still in love! I found them after several bad experiences with other companies. My sites on InMotion have always been trouble-free - if I have had any downtime, I sure don't know about it. They answer the phone (for both sales and support - how rare is that?) AND their techs DO know what they are talking about. I've had them help me out with various add-ons over the years, and they always go the extra mile. I do not hesitate to refer my friends to them, because their customer service is superior, they are rock-solid AND their pricing is great. As a small business owner, I need reliable, hassle-free and affordable hosting; I just don't have the time or inclination to become a web expert myself. If you need a host you can count on - these guys are the real deal.
