Our business has been hosted with inmotionhosting.com for several years now. It's fairly headache free, works well and our site is up. We don't call the tech support too much, but when we do, they do a good job. Recently we called to help us configure our blackberry's and the guy that I talked to was very helpful. My suggestion is to give them a shot. We came from yahoo web hosting (who I suggest you stay away from) and are happily hosted for several years.
